The 1st Legislative Gekker was the 1st official 2 term meeting of the Legislature of Kitsunemori, starting on xxx, xxx, 40 (xxx xx, 753CE OWD) after about 2 years of conversation about a way to govern the land that the kitsune now lived on.
Composition
Assembly
With there only being about 7,000 kitsune living within the land of Kitsunemori in 40, the amount of residents per assemblymember was about 200 per seat, giving the 1st Legislative Gekker in the Assembly 35 seats.
Council
Legislation passed
Capital District Act - Created the Kitsunemori Capital District over the same land as Kitsunemori.
Agriculture Development Spending Act - Designated a small funding source, using the recently developed Ki currency, to farmers in territories outside the Capital District
