Fuyukawa (Japanese: xxxx, meaning Winter River) is a District of Kitsunemori.
Population is about 23,000 residents.
climate/geography
The climate of Fuyukawa is mildly warm on some months but can become very snowy in winter months. Geographically, there are many rivers that start and run through the district, the most famous being the Hanashi River. The district got its name from the cold and abundance of rivers.
